  1. Our Contract with You

1.1 Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the ordering process. Alternatively, you can ask one of our Customer Service team members to place your order on your behalf.

1.2 After you place an order, you will receive three emails from us, including:

1.2.1 An email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed by our system.

1.2.2 An email notifying you that the goods have been “picked” from stock and allocated to your order, at which point payment will be taken from your card.

1.2.3 A final email containing a tracking number so you can track the delivery of your goods online.

1.3 When you submit your order and receive our order confirmation, it does not mean that we have accepted your order; it merely confirms that your order has been successfully received into our system. After the order confirmation, we will conduct validity and verification checks. Upon receiving explicit results from such checks, a contract will be formed between you and us, and we will send you an email confirming that the goods have been “picked” from stock and allocated to your order (as detailed in clause 1.2) above.

1.4 We will assign an order number to your order and inform you of it in the order confirmation. Please quote the order number in all subsequent correspondence with us concerning your order.

1.5 We may send you an email to indicate that we do not accept your order. This typically happens for the following reasons:

1.5.1 The goods are unavailable.

1.5.2 We cannot obtain authorization for your payment.

1.5.3 We cannot meet the requested delivery date.

1.5.4 Security checks are not passed.

1.5.5 There is an error in the pricing or description of the goods.

1.6 If we are unable to supply you with goods, such as when the goods are out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you by email, and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.

1.7 Images of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we have made every effort to display the products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the products. The goods delivered to you may differ slightly from these images.

  1. Prices

2.1 The prices of the products will be as displayed on our website when we confirm your order. Our prices include VAT, calculated at the current prevailing rate. In addition to local VAT in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, all EU destinations are subject to UK VAT. For other destinations, such as the USA, no VAT is payable, and the price you pay will remain unchanged.

2.2 The product prices do not include shipping costs, which will be notified to you during the checkout process and before you confirm your order.

2.3 Any promotional prices or discounts are subject to supply and may be withdrawn at any time.

2.4 We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of goods are correct when entered into the system. However, despite our best efforts, some goods on our website may still be priced incorrectly. As part of the dispatch process, we will usually verify prices as follows:

2.4.1 If the correct price of the goods is lower than the price stated on our website, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the goods to you.

2.4.2 If the correct price of the goods is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the error and provide you with the option to continue purchasing the goods at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we cannot contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as canceled and notify you in writing. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, and you can reasonably be recognized as a mispricing, we are not required to provide the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

2.5 Our prices change daily. Typically, we release new prices regularly, and price changes only occur at midnight. However, we may update prices during working hours. Subject to clauses 1.5.5 and 2.4, once a contract has been formed under clause 1.3, price changes will not affect your order.

2.6 Due to increased manufacturing costs and inflation, most manufacturers typically increase their prices throughout the year. While we endeavor to absorb as many of these costs as possible, price increases are inevitable. We always aim to notify customers of impending price increases on the product detail pages.

2.7 We have no control over prices listed on external websites, including Google cached listings, shopping feeds, or any other websites. We are under no obligation to supply products at any prices listed on external websites. We have no control over the speed at which search engines crawl our site, and therefore, information in search results may not represent the latest prices.

  1. Payment

3.1 We accept most common electronic payment methods, including but not limited to VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. Any charges for payments by credit card will be added to the total amount of your order and notified to you before you place your order.

3.2 Payment will be deducted from your card when the goods are dispatched to you.

3.3 All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We may also need
